My dog Princess chasing some Canada Geese

Went with my wife, our son, and our two dogs to a bike path near our house. While we were there, I let my dog Princess chase a small flock of Canada Geese.
Maybe she can work as a goose chaser! I am a certified wildlife specialist and people hire me to oil the goose eggs so they won’t hatch. Once I brought one of my springers with me to help with goose control. Since it was a business campus, I had her on a leash. Three large geese approached us and hissed. Poor Kaylee bolted the opposite way and got choked a bit with her collar - she wasn’t a goose dog when they were aggressive and taller than her!
She would definitely enjoy that! She’s getting a bit old so it might be a bit much at this point, though.

That is certainly one way to get good exercise! Cookie, actually–with my help–is learning what things are attainable and which are waste of effort. I don’t try teaching her that because of geese but because of moose LOL

It just doesn’t work does it Princess, you try so hard and what happens they all fly away so darned fast!!

What a great place for her to run! I know that some airports hire dogs to keep runways clear. Looks like she is qualified if a job opens up near you.

She’s definitely having fun isn’t she? What else does she like to chase? You won’t have to worry about wildlife in your yard ever I would say.
She definitely likes to chase squirrels in the backyard!

Princess would make an amazing ranch dog! Look at her round up those geese! What a beautiful area she has to run in, too. A dog’s dream!
